If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 21 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 21 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
 
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, in the first 21 days, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.  All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) issued by Optics Direct.
Call Customer Service at 1-800-330-8355 for your RA#. 
 
Packages not bearing a RA# will not be accepted. 
 
Manufacturing defects are covered by manufacturers warranties, and will be repaired or exchanged for similar merchandise.
 
Swim Goggles
 
Swim Goggles are not returnable for credit.  IF deffective they will be repaired or replaced.

If you are not sure - Open The package carefully. Do not tear packing material. You have 3 weeks from the date of shipment to return the merchandise.   After 21 days we will not accept returns.  Returns and refunds are subject to a  restocking charge.  If the merchandise is damaged, the customer will be charged the cost to return it to saleable condition.

It is the customer's responsibility to Insure all returns.

We do not pay freight on returns, or outbound merchandise.
